Refund policy
Your trust in us is very important to us and we do our very best to ensure you are completely happy with your online purchase.
Before we ship out we always do our best to ensure all items are carefully packaged and of the highest quality. If you feel strongly that there is a fault with your product, or if the product has arrived faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48hrs of receiving your order. Sadly, we can't control how the boxes are handled once it leaves our studio so, if you receive your flowers and they arde faulty or damaged, we will replace within 14 days of purchase at our cost. Please email us at hello@bohokind.com.au. Please make sure to include photos of any damage. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note petal shedding may occur and this is perfectly normal however, if flower heads come off or string and you feel you can't sell product then this would be considered a return.
Please ensure you read the description and size dimensions very carefully on the product page, we provide as accurate sizing as much as we can and create similar designs foliage portions to the images supplied. Sadly, we will not accept returns on change of mind, dislike the style or you feel you are unable to re-sell due to sizing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and if possible in its original packaging. We always do our best to ensure all items are carefully packaged and of the highest quality. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
To start a return, you will need to send us an email with your name and order and if possible image of defective item to: hello@bohokind.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Defective Items
Before we send out your order we ensure that your item is handled with care and size and design as to images supplied. We can't control how your item is handled after we post it out. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help you out as soon as possible.
If you have simply changed your mind, we are unable to provide an exchange or refund so we recommend you choose carefully. With flower bouquets, as per the information provided on our website at time of purchase, each bouquet is hand made and due to bio-security laws in different states and seasonal flower supplies, bouquets may need to be amended slightly. Images on our website are examples only however, we will do our very best to use other options with similar colours and or design. We will always stay true to the essence of the bouquet depicted in the photo but no two will ever be exactly the same.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sadly, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Re-sells
Sadly, we do not accept refunds or returns if you are unable to re-sell products you have purchased from us. Our dried flowers are completely unbranded and set at impressively low wholesale prices ranging from 50-60% off RRP. It is your responsibility to ensure you price your items fairly, have a healthy pipeline of customers and have good marketing strategies to achieve sales. Your success is very important and we know our dried florals are of highest quality, feel free to reach out to us if you would like to use our products images to help you best market your products.
Representation of Items
Colours shown on screen monitors might have a slight variance to the actual colour of the dried flowers this applies to brighter hues. Images are examples only flower combinations may vary due to seasonal availability however, we do our best to create posies similar to images provided.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, usual time frame is between 5-10 business days to process your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you have paid using AFTERPAY no exchanges, cash refunds or store credit can be used sorry.
