Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Bohokind The following information outlines out shipping policy.

1. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

A confirmation email with order tracking number will be sent to the email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as a proof of purchase.

2. SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. All orders delivered through our partner carrier Australia Post. 

We are a made to order studio we do our best to make and dispatch within 5 business days from the day we receive your payment. At peak seasons like Valentine's Day Easter, Mother's Day and Christmas we might take a little longer so allow at least 7-10 business days to receive your order. We will contact you if there is going to be a delay. 

3. AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING RATES

  • Free standard trackable postage free if you spend $350 or over
  • Flat Express Post Fee $25 for orders under $300

You'll receive a tracking order number once we have processed your order and you will receive tracking updates through Australia Post. 

4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES 

  • International standard parcel flat rate fee is $55
  • Tracking number will be provided once order has been shipped out
  • All orders must be written in English without accents or marks or letters. Sadly, if you have provided incorrect address and we've already posted your item, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. Once it has left Australia local carriers our couriers can't guarantee exact delivery time or date. 
  • You are responsible for handling any fees or taxes when your order is handled through Customs. Every country has it's own rules and regulations and unfortunately we are unable to control this part of the journey. It is up to you to ensure you have a good understanding if you will be charged any custom taxes or fees.
  • Bohokind will be responsible for any delays or liable for any fees incurred should items be seized or placed in customs hold until fees are paid.
  • If you haven't received your order from 21 days from the date we shipped your order, please contact us immediately so we can check the status of your parcel.

 

4. SHIPMENT LOCATIONS

 We ship worldwide anywhere in via Australia Post and we can't ship ship to to a PO Box Address.

- Business days are Monday to Friday 

- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

- Date of delivery may change due to carrier shipping practices.
